Professor Olesya Hulchiy, MD, Ph.D., DrPH

Olesya is a public health and academic collaboration expert with 30+ years in medical education, healthcare management, health policy, and research. She served on WHO and Council of Europe bodies, led projects with Karolinska Institutet, and since 2025 co-leads the Baltic and Eastern European Global Health Diplomacy Network.Professor Tobias Alfven, M.D., PhD
Tobias is a paediatrician and clinical professor of global child health, combining research, teaching and clinical medicine in paediatrics. He is currently President of the Agenda for Health and Prosperity and has also worked for the United Nations, both in the field and at headquarters. Among many responsibilities while working for UNAIDS in Geneva, I represented the organisation in the UN Expert Group on the Millennium Development Goals.Ambassador David Puyana,
David is Ambassador, Permanent Observer, United Nations University for Peace (UPEACE) to the United Nations in Geneva, Permanent Delegate, UPEACE to the UNESCO in Paris. One of David’s focal points is the participation of women in diplomatic decision-making, conflict prevention and resolution and any other peace initiative is essential to the realization of lasting peace.Hon Evarist Bartolo, MP
