● In an era marked by pandemics, armed conflicts, and rising geopolitical tensions, this course offers a timely and essential response to the urgent need for cross-sectoral leadership at the intersection of health, security, and diplomacy.● Candidates will be able to synthesise common ground, priorities and profiles of cross-disciplinary stakeholders in both bilateral and multilateral negotiations, including the integration of health and safety issues into the “health in all policies” approach.● Candidates will develop a competency in the skills sets of bilateral and multilateral negotiations, especially in the context of emergencies and preparedness for them.● Candidates will develop an analytical understanding of the priority health and health security issues which are driving international diplomatic activity.
